  Place your items in their original shoebox or packaging and secure them inside a sturdy mailing box to ensure they arrive in resalable condition.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop your package at any authorized carrier location, or bring your items and digital receipt to any JD Sports store for an instant return.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
